Altar Flower Sponsors
You may sign up to place flowers in the Altar area in memory of a person or in thanksgiving for birthdays, anniversaries, and other occasions. There is a signup sheet located on the bulletin board in the Narthex. Please put your name and which occasion the flowers are for, so it can be noted in the worship bulletin.
Unless otherwise noted, the Altar Guild will use silk flowers. If you would like to have real flowers, please be sure to note this on the signup sheet on the bulletin board, as well as contacting the Altar Guild Chairperson directly, to allow enough notice for placing the order with the florist. You may also supply your own real flowers, but you will be responsible for bringing them to the church and coordinating with that month’s Altar Guild team to hand them off for placement; the current team is listed in the bulletin weekly, as well as in the monthly newsletter.

The donation amount for silk flowers is a free will offering.
For live flowers, the donation will be $50-100, based on the flowers desired;
please contact the Altar Guild Chairperson for more details.
Donations should be made prior to the date for which you have signed up, and need to be put in a separate envelope from your offering, with a note designating it for “Altar Guild Flower Fund”, along with your name, the date you have requested to sponsor the flowers, and whether it is for a special occasion; the envelope should then be placed in the offering plate.
Donations for altar flowers are used to purchase the live flowers for our Easter and Christmas services.
Bulletin Sponsors
The bulletin sponsor donation is a way to offset the cost of printing our worship bulletins. There is a Bulletin Sponsor sheet on the bulletin board in the Narthex where you can view open dates and sign up for one.
There is no designated amount for this donation. All donations should be made prior to the date you have requested, using a separate envelope from your offering, along with a note designating it as a “Bulletin Sponsor Donation” and including your name and the date of your choosing; you may then place it in the offering plate. If you would like to make your donation in memory of a person or in thanksgiving for an occasion, such as a birthday or anniversary, please indicate this as well on the note included with your donation, so that it can be noted in the worship bulletin.
