Growing in Faith
A community who grows...
Jesus said, “Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I am the vine; you are the branches…. If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you” (John 15:4-7). Christians live lives of lifelong discipleship. As we rest in God’s forgiveness, He uses his Word to shape us and mold us to be more Christlike. (See also Ephesians 4:1-16) There are multiple opportunities to grow in God’s Word.
Youth Confirmation
Young people grow in faith as they receive instruction in the Bible and Luther’s Small Catechism. More information can be found at:
Adult Information Class
Pastor periodically leads an eight-session introduction to the Christian faith for those who are exploring Confessional Lutheranism. This course is also a great refresher for all adults.
Adult Bible Study
Multiple opportunities exist to study God’s Word, allowing it to transform our lives as God works through us. Different areas of focus that the group decides upon form the basis of the Pastor-led studies at 8:30AM. Sunday mornings (in-person). Additionally, lay-led studies may be scheduled from time to time. If there is a topic that you would like to explore, please contact pastor.

Book Study
This lay driven group reads and discusses books of interest about various aspects of the Christian faith and life. The group meets on Saturdays at 4PM. New group members are always encouraged.
Hybrid Bible Study
Thursdays at 10AM provides an opportunity for study in-person in the fellowship hall, or through a Zoom link. This option is ideal for shut-ins, snowbirds, and those who just do not get around in public well. Please contact the church office for the link to join.
Sunday School
School aged youth grow in faith as they hear the stories of the Bible in a fun and engaging way tailored to individual needs. Sunday School is available to all kids (even guests and visitors). Please contact the Church Office for more information.
